This past Thursday, Northwest Hospital SEIU members voted by a margin of 98% to return to bargaining and to reject management's "final" proposal.
Our Bargaining Team had recommended rejecting the offer for its failure to recognize that pay and benefits here at Northwest are behind community standards.
We now call on management to return to the table to bargain a fair contract that all sides can agree on.
