Healthcare workers at Neighborcare in Seattle have reached an agreement on our contract! We secured a new wage scale and increases for everyone, safe staffing, union security, improved benefits, and more.
Our bargaining team stood strong against management’s proposed takeaways and secured a contract that achieves our key bargaining goals. Across our clinics, we participated in actions at a record level this year – including unity breaks, sticker ups, postcards to the CEO, and more – ensuring we were able to move management time and time again.
