We held strong throughout bargaining, never wavering from our values and what we needed for quality care at PHSJMC. We took consistent action across our workplace and the community – from Bellingham to Vancouver, WA, where PeaceHealth HQ is located.
PeaceHealth gave us their “last, best, and final” offer in March, but we kept fighting, and we got far more. In May we held a five-day unfair labor practice strike where we stood in our power. When healthcare workers stand together in our shared strength, we can do anything.
