Vote on our bargaining proposals at
UW Medicine Northwest Hospital

Healthcare workers at Northwest Hospital, UW Medicine Hospitals, and across Puget Sound are coming together to secure our futures and improve patient care.  It’s up to us to stand up for our patients and win a contract that gives us what we need to take care of our patients and our families.
Come on a break or before or after work to review and vote on our bargaining team’s recommended proposals and find out how to do your part to move us forward.

Tina Carpenter“We are in a unique situation this bargaining. Not only do we have a contract to negotiate, we have all new systems to learn! As the UW integrates us on to their platform with policies and procedures and looks at the possibility of elimination of duplication of services, we need to stand strong together as healthcare workers to ensure our jobs and benefits. We need to hold the UW accountable to continue to provide quality care to our patients. We have created a proposal based on the surveys you have completed, now each and every one of us needs to come out to vote on the proposal and be actively involved and impactful in bargaining!”  –Tina Carpenter, Lab
