We have seen many changes at Swedish over the last two years. Since the affiliation with Providence management has tightened their purse strings so much that we have seen even more of an impact on our patients and the care we are able to provide. Please join us at membership meetings in February to discuss the importance of passing legislation to win minimum staffing ratios and how to organize in our staffing committees to win better staffing.
