Valley and Deaconess United for Better Staffing

After our 24-hour strike of 1,000 nurses and healthcare workers and Valley Hospital’s 72-hour lockout of more than 80 nurses and healthcare workers, we’re back at work stronger than ever.  Our community came out in huge numbers to support our campaign for better staffing and more and more patients see that our fight is their fight.  Together, we’re holding these hospitals accountable to the quality of care our community needs.
