Our unity and actions have helped us win — plan to attend a vote meeting!
By taking action we told management that keeping patients safe means having the right staffing, float pools and a preceptor program, along with other important improvements that will attract and keep great RNs.
Because of our unity we have a tentative agreement with management that will help us raise standards across our hospitals for us and our patients. Plan to attend a vote meeting to ratify our contracts.
