The 1199NW 2026 Nurse Alliance Conference, our second ever, was a huge success. Nurses from across our union in Washington and Montana spent the day connecting, learning, and building our power.
We heard from keynote speaker Nurse Alice Benjamin, MSN, ACNS-BC, FNP-C, and union president Jane Hopkins, RN, shared our stories, built relationships, dug deeper in workshops, learned what’s going on across our union, and danced the night away at evening social hour.
Union nurses left this conference more connected, more confident, and more ready. This is what it looks like when nurses come together with a shared purpose. We are building something strong for each other, for our patients, and for the future of healthcare!
