PeaceHealth Vote Proposal Meetings

We’re voting to take action!

PeaceHealth needs to invest in our families and community. When the hospital prioritizes good jobs for caregivers, we will be able to give the highest level of quality care to our patients without worrying about taking care of our own families. And without consistent staffing levels throughout the hospital, we cannot give our community the care they deserve.

We are standing with our bargaining team to take action on these key issues. While we have made progress, it is not enough. We are voting YES on our action plan at our March 18 and 19 to show management we are united on our key issues.

We are voting yes:

“We struggle to give the care that our patients need because we are so understaffed. Without being able to retain the CNAs we hire, we will never have consistent staffing levels. PeaceHealth needs to invest their money into caregivers and patients.”

“We need wage steps that respect our years of dedication and service to PeaceHealth. All other PeaceHealth contracts, including the RN contract here at St. Joseph, have wage steps. We need to show PeaceHealth our unity by voting yes in our action votes next week.”
