Four years ago, Starbucks workers in Buffalo voted to form a union and sparked a movement that is still growing. Today, more than 12,000 workers at over 650 stores across the country have joined Starbucks Workers United. Their courage has inspired workers everywhere to stand together and demand a voice on the job.

Right now, these baristas need our support. After 18 months of bargaining, Starbucks executives are blocking progress on scheduling, wages, and unresolved unfair labor practice charges tied to union busting. While workers struggle, Starbucks continues to reward top executives with massive pay. In response, workers launched the largest unfair labor practice strike in Starbucks history, with thousands of baristas walking out in 2025 and more ready to join in 2026.

We can stand with them right now. Support the strike by donating to the Workers United Strike Fund, and join more than 250,000 allies who have taken the “No Contract, No Coffee” pledge until Starbucks agrees to a fair contract.

Take action:

Their fight is our fight. When we stand together, we all win!
