After seven months of bargaining, the largest informational picket in the hospital’s history, and voting yes to strike if needed, healthcare workers at MultiCare Auburn Medical Center have ratified a strong new contract with MultiCare that will lift up everyone!

– Wage increases and market adjustments that will recruit and retain
