We are ready for action at Yakima Memorial Hospital, Good Samaritan Hospital in Puyallup, and Navos Behavioral Health Hospital in Seattle. Our union bargaining teams across those three MultiCare hospitals have officially delivered our 10-day notice to management, letting them know about our intent to take public action.

And on Friday, April 3, we’re coming together to hold informational pickets at all three hospitals.

More than 2,400 of us have been in bargaining for months. Our union bargaining teams have shown up to dozens of sessions ready to reach a fair agreement. But we’re still far apart on the issues that matter most: wages, affordable healthcare, and protecting the standards we’ve fought hard to win. So we’re taking our fight public.

We’re not alone in this. We are nurses, techs, service workers, mental health professionals. Across all three hospitals, we’re standing together.

Demanding strong contracts is how we protect patient care. When MultiCare doesn’t invest in us, it gets harder to recruit and retain staff. That affects every patient who walks through our doors.

On April 3, we’ll be out there, together, visible, and united. Join us!
