• Preceptor pay which means we will be paid for our extra labor when training others
• Access to our union’s Training Fund
• Union leave
• A commitment to creating a culture of racial justice and belonging
• Year-for-year past credit experience
• Nurse Staffing Committee seats for HUCs and CNAs
• Increase to differentials 
• Improved New Employee Orientation language
