RNs and Service workers at EvergreenHealth Monroe have officially ratified an amazing new contract! It took our bargaining team only two and a half days of negotiations to reach an agreement that will go far in recruiting and retaining great coworkers so that we can continue providing great care at EvergreenHealth Monroe.
Highlights of our new contract include 22.5% wage increases for RNs and 15-30% for Service over the life of the contract, filled ghost steps, year-for-year credit for past experience, per diem language, PTO protections, and much more!
