Healthcare workers at MultiCare Yakima Memorial Hospital have overwhelmingly voted YES to ratify a strong new contract! After 11 months of hard work and countless actions, we secured a contract that will recruit and retain us. Highlights include annual wage increases, several premium and differential increases, and new protections from retaliation. Because we stood united and didn’t waver from our values, we won an agreement that will make Yakima Memorial a great place to work and receive care.
